LOCAL PICKUP:

For local pickup, please enter code “LOCAL” at checkout for free shipping/no charge.

I will email you with pickup instructions & address once your order is completed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at check out.

Please note that local pickup does not mean the turnaround time for your order is any less, this only eliminates shipping times.

If you use this code but cannot pick up your order at our physical location, your order will be cancelled unless shipping is promptly paid (customs cannot be cancelled or refunded). Our location is out of Enterprise, Oregon.

SHIPPING:

Current turnaround time is 10 business days. We aim to ship as soon as possible, but please keep holiday and seasonal delays in mind when inquiring. If you have not received tracking information after 2 weeks’ time, please reach out.

Liberty Press is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via USPS.

Once the order starts tracking, it is NO longer my responsibility, nor can I be held liable for its loss.

If your order never begins tracking, it IS my responsibility, and the order will be replaced.

It is the customers responsibility to verify that their information and address is correct at checkout. No refunds or replacements are offered for items shipped with wrong information.

ORDER ERROR:

If the item you received is defective, or damaged beyond use, misprinted, etc. please first provide photo evidence of the condition you received your items in, and contact me for a free one-time replacement.

If you ever receive the wrong order, please reach out immediately. I will send the correct order to you ASAP at no charge.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

No returns are accepted.

Please reach out as soon as possible if there was an error within your order we can correct.

PRODUCT + WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Most all tallow products are susceptible to change when left in warm temperatures. It is your responsibility to pick up your package in a timely manner once delivered to ensure it does not sit out in unfavorable temperatures. It will not harm the tallow product, but it will cause it to melt.

DISSATISFACTION POLICY:

If you are very unsatisfied with the product that you ordered, we would love to hear from you and discuss more in depth why you feel that way. Your feedback, and satisfaction is important to us. The resolution & solution of these issues will happen on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us by email and feel free to give us an honest opinion. We care about our customers and want you to feel good about spending your hard-earned dollar on our products.
